Sitting for 6 hours or more a day can put us at risk of weight gain and type 2 diabetes, reduced circulation and even decreased levels of our ‘feel-good’ hormones (endorphins).

Research suggests people who spend much of their day sitting may be more likely to feel anxious. It can also hinder concentration, linked to the reduction of blood flow around the body, and impact productivity.

Workplace benefit

Workplace massage is a simple way to help make a positive difference within your team. The short appointment times allow for large numbers of employees to participate with minimal disruption to their working day.

What to expect

Participants will receive a seated neck, back and shoulder massage. The service can be delivered in specific appointment times at a centralised point where massage chairs are provided in a private room. All our therapists are highly experienced and certified with the relevant industry bodies.

The massage service can be provided in short or longer time slots to allow for maximum employee participation:

  • 10 minutes
  • 15 minutes
  • 30 minutes
