Meditation Workshops for mindfulness, mental wellbeing and stress management

Help your employees find a healthier mind with a series of lunchtime meditation workshops facilitated by Bupa. Benefits of this activity may include a better ability to focus and concentrate later in the day, and regular practice may assist with overall stress management.

Group sessions can run for 45-60 minutes and employees are encouraged to take part in more than one session in order to experience the benefit of ongoing meditation practice.

Meditation can be performed in a seated or prone position on the floor, or in a chair. There are no equipment requirements however a towel or mat is recommended if you choose to meditate on the floor.
